Iron-Nickel Powder Core (High Flux Series)
Iron-Nickel Powder Core (High Flux Series):
Made from an alloy of 50% Fe and 50% Ni, this powder core is also called High Flux powder core. Among all powder core materials, the Iron-Nickel core offers the best DC bias capability, high saturation flux density (15,000 Gauss), low core loss, and high energy storage capacity. It is widely used in high-power, high-DC bias applications, such as dimming inductors, flyback transformers, line noise filters, pulse transformers, and PFC inductors.
