Iron-Silicon Powder Core (Mage Flux):
This powder core features a saturation magnetic flux density as high as 16,000 Gauss, excellent DC bias characteristics, lower core loss compared with iron powder cores, and no thermal aging issues. It is especially suitable for high-current chokes, high-energy storage power inductors, and PFC inductors. It is widely used in new energy fields such as solar energy, wind energy, and hybrid vehicles. Currently, magnetic permeability values range from 26μ to 90μ, with available shapes including toroidal, E-shaped, block-shaped, and cylindrical cores. Custom designs are also available upon request.
